We use our 3-axis CNC routing machine to take your logo or design and cut out an original die-cut sign.
The CNC router allows us to produce machine-cut plastic, metal, and wood shapes that are consistent, smooth, and attractive. Especially for one-offs or shorter runs, CNC routing is much less expensive than producing die-cutting tooling, making CNC routing the method of choice.
We can take about any design and create a one-of-a-kind die-cut design on many common sign substrates such as Max Metal, Foam Core, Coroplast (corrugated plastic), GatorBoard, MDF, Plywood, and many more.
